The College has now produced a training portfolio for anaesthetists in training in the NHS to support Annual Appraisal and the Annual Review of Competence Progression (formerly known as RITA). The portfolio is published in Word so that it can be adapted to meet personal and local requirements. The College is considering producing an on-line version but there are many factors to be considered and agreed before this can be done
